Thanks ladies!! I so recommend photo documenting your fitness improvement/weight loss. To me, it's SO much more rewarding SEEING the results than just noting how much weight I've lost. It's so motivating and keeps me going.
I've run three full marathons before, so I know what it takes to train for a race. This time, however, I'm starting with more weight than I've ever carried. My goal? Shed 26 pounds while I train to run 26 miles. This blog is also an invitation for you to join me. Even if a marathon seems impossible now, we can do it. One mile at a time.
